The Prodigy features a 54” tempered glass backboard with a regulation-sized shooting square and full-perimeter all steel frame for maximum rim support. A 4” x 4” two-piece pole acts as a one-piece pole for a combination of strength and flexibility.

Precise height adjustment easily adjusts hoop height from 7.5’ to 10’ to accommodate players of varying sizes. The entire system is powder-coated for ultimate UV and corrosion resistance, so this hoop will withstand the weather and intense games.

The anchor bolt mounting system allows for easy leveling and the option to unbolt and relocate your system if you move homes. The Prodigy is equipped with board pads and a pole pad for player safety. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty, the Goaliath Prodigy takes hoops to the next level.

Sweet & Quality Basketball Hoop

What a great value. Great quality and finish. I assembled it with the easy instructions, which tell you exactly what size wrenches/sockets you need for each step. Took ten 60 lb bags of concrete to fill the 16x36 inch foundation hole. It comes with rebar for the mounting foundation. Great, quiet playing. My kids and even the wife love it. Don’t hesitate.

One nice basketball goal

I got this goal for me 10 year old son who play semi competitive basketball. I also like to shoot around with him. I would recommend this goal to anyone looking for a solid entry level goal.

Easy install

Only had it up a week, but so far so good. It has been exceedingly windy (15-30mph) a few days since I put it up and its held just fine. The complaints about shaking after a shot are somewhat exaggerated in my opinion. If you are bombing 3’s and hit the rim or backboard, of course there will be some minor shaking. Its nothing that would hinder game play or cause me any concern. Assembly was pretty simple. Just follow the instructions. They DO underestimate the concrete needed though. Instructions called for 9-80lb bags, but say that an extra bag or three is always recommended. I bought fifteen. Used 13 of them. We are very happy to this point.

Great quality

I bought this last week for half off. I never installed an in ground basketball hoop but this was very simple. Didn’t have one issue. Great quality!!! I saw reviews where people say it shakes but I have no issues with that. Very happy with this goal.

Love it; barely shakes!

Just had it professionally installed and I am impressed. Like others I worried it would shake a ton but clearly with the right installation this is not the case. There is MINOR shake if you hit the rim but literally nothing you would ever notice unless someone told you to watch for it. Very happy so far with the hoop and I'm used to only top end gym hoops. Also glad I went with the 54 inch for a 2 car driveway; just the right size. I can't speak to the durability though since it's brand new and since it's the 2 pole system I probably won't be hanging from the rim a ton just to ensure it lasts(when at 8 feet of course).
